i-merit, the flagship program of Scholars Merit Online Pvt. Ltd., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sri Sai Group of Institutes, a prominent name in higher and technical education in India with campuses in Pathankot, Amritsar, and Palampur to implement i-merit Nova courses as part of the i-merit Accelerate and Elevate programs for over 300 students across its six institutions. This collaboration will provide a three-month, industry-aligned curriculum designed to enhance students’ employability by equipping them both technical and soft skills, ensuring they are ready to excel in today’s competitive job market. The participating institutions are Sri Sai University, Si Sai College of Engineering and Technology, Sri Sai Iqbal College of Management and Technology, Sri Sai College of Education, Sri Sai College of Pharmacy, and Sri Sai Polytechnic.
This initiative responds to the growing concern about the disconnect between academic curriculums and industry needs.
